Terms of Service

By accessing or using KozaCore AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

KozaCore AI is a platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy custom AI-powered Discord bots ("characters"). The Service includes a web dashboard, AI inference via third-party providers, Discord bot hosting support, and optional premium subscription features.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other individuals.
• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse free-tier resources, or conduct automated attacks on the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing attacks.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use AI characters to generate content that violates Discord's Terms of Service in servers where they are deployed.

KozaCore AI characters are AI language models and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. You are solely responsible for how you use and deploy them.

To deploy AI characters, you must provide your own Discord bot tokens. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You are responsible for keeping your Discord bot tokens secure and complying with Discord's Developer Terms of Service when creating and using bots.

• Premium plans are billed monthly via PayPal. Prices are displayed at the time of subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled at our sole discretion. Contact support for refund requests within 7 days of a charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.
• Free tier accounts are provided as-is with no uptime or availability guarantees.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of KozaCore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (character personalities, system prompts, etc.), but grant KozaCore a limited license to store and process that content to provide the Service.

The Service uses third-party AI inference providers (including Groq, Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI). Your use of AI features is subject to those providers' terms and policies in addition to these terms. If you provide your own API keys ("Bring Your Own Key"), you are responsible for compliance with the relevant provider's terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KOZACORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOZACORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
